Our Star Mission
We want to be excellent in everything we do. And because we need to constantly evolve, improve and learn in order to secure a solid market position in today's competitive world for a long time and thus maintain stable and good jobs for all of us, we have been systematically working for many years on a comprehensive system of company management and implementation of our strategy.
And why the stars?
Stars are constantly intertwined in our corporate life, we have a development program for new employees Pierburg Stars, an incentive program on the BE Star production lines, a Teamleader Academy with stars for different levels of our leaders, an EMAS certificate with stars in the logo or 5 stars in the EFQM rating (2023). So when we were preparing a new vision in 2019, its title was not long in coming: “Reach for the Stars > Reach for the Stars”.
