In this day and age of rapid change, one cannot keep up with developments without self-education. We want to be among the best, most sought after by candidates and customers, and we invest considerable sums in the development of our employees. We regularly revise the level of knowledge and set individual training plans. During the first few months, our new colleagues undergo a series of entry-level trainings to facilitate their integration and adaptation in our plant. They get important information, get to know their colleagues, get to know our company culture.
What training sessions await you in the adaptation phase?
Training required by legislation for a given job, training according to ISO requirements, IT training, special CUBE training for production operators, training of our competence centers, which will allow you to familiarize yourself with their basic processes and the colleagues who work in them.
What trainings await you as part of your further development?
Since 2008, we have been regularly opening the Pierburg Stars development program, which we created ourselves. Within 12 days and six modules, our staff will learn a range of soft skills tools and techniques, meet colleagues from other teams and gain insight into their daily work. They will also gradually become familiar with our corporate culture and its values.
For the positions of assembly line leaders, we created and opened TL Academy - a unique development program focused on the expertise and skills of our team leaders.
We are currently working on a similar program for the Quality, Logistics and Maintenance Center.
Every year we prepare Individual training plans, which are aimed at developing the required level of knowledge of our employees. This ensures a natural progression from junior positions to specialist and senior positions.
Last but not least, we also work with the possibilities of internal transfers and employment in new positions, whether in the production, technical or administrative fields.
