The benefits we offer include:
Contribution to pension and life insurance systems
- Employees who have completed their probationary period are entitled to a pension and life insurance contribution from the employer. The pension insurance partner is selected by each employee. Life insurance contracts are entered into with Česká pojišťovna.
Medical care on the company premises
- Healthcare (vitamins, vaccination against flue and re-vaccination against tick encephalitis, etc.)
- Contributions to domestic and foreign holidays

Holidays in excess of the statutory entitlement
- 5 extra days of holiday (25 days in total)
Flexible working hours
For technical and administrative staff, flexible working hours are set which can be adjusted individually on the basis of an agreement with the employee's manager. The fixed working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Company catering facility
Employees receive a contribution from the employer for meals in the company's canteen.
